2) OPEN AND CLOSING PROCEDURES

INLINE STORE:

OPENING PROCEDURE:

- Remove the Store key  from the LockBox. 

- Turn on all the lights 

- Log in into the POS and Clock in on. Sling

- Count the  Money in the cash drawer. 

- Check the shelfs that all of them have displayed products and that all the products have a price tag.

Make sure the location is clean. If it is not please clean it. 

- When you do not have customers in the store be outside of the store with a model of U-Gears puzzle and do your best to get customers into the store.

LUNCH BRAKE

You have a 20 Min Lunch brake per day.  Of you do not have food with you and need to go to the foodcourt to get the food you need to lock the store and make sure to put a sign on the store with exact time when you will be back.

Do not eat in the foodcourt. Order and get your food but eat in the store while is open. 

 

CLOSING LOCATION:

- Count the cash and remove the cash that you have collected during your shift and remove in from the system. Put the cash into envelope  or  use paper and wrap it around the cash. Wright on the date, amount and your name and drop the envelope into the cash safe. 

-  Turn off the lights

- Clock out from your shift in Sling

- Close the door and lock the key into the key lock box. 

 

CART:

OPENING PROCEDURE:

- Remove the  cart key from the LockBox. 

- Remove the tarts and store them.

- Turn on all the lights 

- Log in into the POS and Clock in on. Sling

- Count the Money in the cash drawer. 

- Check the shelfs that all of them have displayed products and that all the products have a price tag.

Make sure the location is clean. If it is not please clean it.

- Open up the tarps

- Turn on all the lights 

- Log in into the POS and Clock in on. Sling

- Count the Money in the cash drawer. 

- Check the shelfs that all of them have displayed products and that all the products have a price tag.

Make sure the location is clean. If it is not please clean it.
